Privacy notice

This website is run by Anith Design Studio Sdn. Bhd. (1627108-D), Dataran Palma, Jalan Selaman 1, 68000 Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia.

When you use the estimator, we collect your answers to its questions:

• the service you need, the type of property, its current condition, its size and how complete you want the work
• your budget range and when you want to start
• your name, mobile number and the area the property is in, if you choose to send them

Your answers to the estimator's questions are saved each time you answer one, before you send your contact details. This means we keep the answers from an estimate you started but did not finish. Those answers do not include your name or number, which are only saved when you tick the consent box and send the form.

To keep your answers together, your browser holds a random reference in its session storage for the current tab. When you send the form, that reference is replaced by your estimate reference and range, so the thank-you page can show them. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.

The short form near the bottom of the page asks for your name and mobile number only. If you have already answered some of the estimator's questions in the same tab, those answers are kept with your name and number.

With your answers we store the time they were saved, the language of the page you used, and the browser details your device sends with every request (its “user agent”), as part of the record of your enquiry.

If you switch between English and Bahasa Melayu, your browser stores a small cookie that records your choice of language. It contains only “en” or “ms” and is kept for one year.

We use your details to prepare your estimate and to contact you about your project. We don't send newsletters and we don't sell your details.

• Your details are stored in a database on our own server.
• When you send the form, a notification containing your answers and contact details is emailed to our team through Resend, an email delivery service.

We only save your name and number if you tick the consent box. If you'd rather not, you can message us on WhatsApp instead.
